Phiin Cà Phê
About This Spot
Stepping into Phiin Cà Phê feels like discovering a quiet nook tucked away from the pulse of Antwerp’s Vlasmarkt. The space hums with a gentle, unhurried rhythm where familiar scents of freshly brewed Vietnamese coffee mingle with soft murmurs and the occasional clink of cups. It’s a spot that invites you to pause—a moment to savor, something close to a small escape.
The atmosphere here carries a tender warmth, where the thoughtful details in the cozy interior echo personal stories and distant corners of the world. It’s the kind of place where the owner’s genuine kindness subtly colors the experience, making the visit feel less transactional and more like a shared, human moment. Despite being far from Vietnam, the café quietly channels a sense of home, a connection that resonates deeply with those who seek comfort beyond borders.
Exploring the menu becomes an intimate journey through textures and flavors. Whether you lean toward the gentle sweetness of a salted coffee or the refreshing clarity of iced teas infused with lychee, peach, or pineapple, each sip carries a hint of something thoughtfully crafted, inviting you to linger. Alongside these, simple yet flavorful bites quietly anchor the experience—delicate, homemade touches like a rich pâté in bánh mì or crisp spring rolls evoke a familiarity that goes beyond taste, settling into memory.
Phipin Cà Phê isn’t about rush or spectacle, but about finding a calm corner for a meaningful pause. It’s a place to come back to when the city feels too busy or when you simply want to be reminded of the subtle joys that a shared cup and a kind smile can bring.

I had a short trip to Antwerp and was surprised to find a Vietnamese coffee shop in this lovely city. I ordered a bạc xỉu, which is Vietnamese white coffee, and a bánh mì with excellent pâté. It was amazing, especially being served in a place with such a cozy and authentic vibe that reminded me of my hometown. The owner was friendly and shared some useful information about Antwerp. It was a delightful and unexpected highlight of my trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking to try something delicious or experience a little taste of Vietnam!

I INHALED TWO BẠC XỈU IN ONE SITTING! That's how good Phiin Cà Phê is! If you're looking for a good coffee or matcha, this is the place to go! You won't be disappointed, I guarantee!!! If you're looking for a place that reminds you of Việt Nam, reminds you of home, than this is also the place to go

I had such a lovely experience at Phiin Cà Phê in Antwerp! The owner is incredibly kind and sweet—despite it being just before closing time, she still welcomed us warmly and took the time to let us enjoy a little snack and explore the drink menu. The food was excellent: the homemade pâté in the bánh mì was absolutely delicious, and the spring rolls are something I can highly recommend as well. We tried a few different drinks: the iced mango matcha latte, the lychee cold brew, and the tropical iced tea. All were refreshing, but the highlight was definitely the lychee cold brew. It’s perfect even for those who aren’t usually coffee lovers—the natural sweetness of the lychee balances out the coffee so well that the bitterness disappears, leaving a uniquely refreshing flavor. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality—I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip to Antwerp!

Great variety of drinks, taste good, comfy setting, friendly and helpful owner, and fairly priced. We stumbled upon this fine cafe and we ended up visiting 3 times in 48 hours. Tried 4 drinks and they are all lovely. My personal fav is the coconut Vietnamese coffee. It is nicely blended, sweet enough without losing the fragrance of the coffee. It was consistent the 2 times I had it.

I love this coffee shop so much, if I were to live in Antwerp I'd probably visit every day. They have such a unique menu and it's so cosy and calm. I surprisingly loved the peach coldbrew.

Very cozy with friendly staff! The matcha cheesecake was very creamy, the matchamisu very delicious, and the vietnamese coffee (with egg yolk and condensed milk) very tasty!

I was amazed to find a Vietnamese coffee store in Antwerp. Love the flavors here. So much so that I ordered a second drink. I got the Vietnamese egg coffee and lychee cold brew, which were both unique and delicious. Loved that there were board games for us to play while we took a break.

My favorite café in Antwerp This is truly my favorite café in Antwerp — it’s become a kind of regular little refuge for me. A place where I can unwind, focus, or just sit quietly with a drink. The coffee is excellent — I can almost taste a bit of Vietnamese-style flavor in it, which feels like home. My fav drinks are salted coffee and lychee colbrew. Beside coffee, food here is amazing as well. The owner really has talent in making cake. My fav cake for all time is matcha tiramisu. She is also incredibly friendly and funny. Highly recommend to come here and experience.
